cant check AOS status on uscis site ?

Hi

I was on K1 awaiting AOS. Whenever I try to check my case status at uscis.gov, it gives "not found" ?

When I call them, its the same answer by the automated system. I did receive NOA and RFE (which

I addressed and send back the requisites) but now I want to check the progress ?

Hi there! Welcome to the club. ..Yeah they are like that...So we are helpless individuals here. ..leaving us like clueless until the 6th month.. after that you can actually follow up with USCIS already....we're on the 5th month...you will just waste money on calling them, i tell you...cuz the thing they will tell you, "you just have to wait!" So that is what is left to us - WAITING ....and that reference number to check status online it doesnt even work... If you are lucky enough probably it will after some months...We're on the 5th month and it has not worked since the first time we received it hehe...funny but annoying....Good luck to you guys...if we are lucky enough we will get approved SOON, WHO knows you are luckier than others..they dont dont even have sequence or any pattern in approving..so you might be ahead against some of your similar timelines.....all we can for now is to patiently wait for it, and pray...

did you not get any updates after your NOA ? did you even get the EAD or AP ??

I want to go back home once but only after the green card , not on AP anymore.

It is not a big deal, because the on-line system simply does not work !...

Don't worry about that, just keep looking in your "old school" mail box.

Although I sent the response to RFE in last week of March itself, they got it on 9th apr.

Anyways, does it mean I am going to hear something about AP/EAD/PR soon ?

Call the USCS number Then I believe it is options 1 2 3 for a live person.

I can't check my status online either. I just received all the letters and card in mail without knowing the update. My interview will be next week but still can't check the status online. So, better wait in your mail. Don't trust their website, it's not working good. I called them before and they said there's problem in their website. It's better just to wait in mail so that you won't be too stressed.
