Does Cairo accept a co-sponsor?

I am preparing to fill out the I-134 Aff. of support forms and didn't know exactly how to answer number 11. I was looking on Vj and found a thread from Jan, 08 and the lady said, Cairo refused a co-sponsor for them as the co-sponsor wasn't the petitioner.

Has anyone here went through Cairo lately and used a co-sponsor w/o any problems?

On the I-134 #11 - I intend/do not intend to make specific contributions.. The example on VJ shows, n/a (K-1 Visa process for permanent residence) But, I recall months ago, coming across as thread that someone was turned down, because they stated this exact thing on theirs. Any suggestions on what to write for number 11?

2/28/08 - 2nd Visit..

6/03/08 - 3rd Visit..

9/10/08 - 4th Visit..

7/14/08 - Sent off I-129

1/08/08 - NOA 1

1/18/09 - RFE

1/30/09 - NOA2

???? - 45 Days of AP at NVC

03/15/09 - Left NVC

03/26/09 - Received pct. 3

05/06/09 - sent pkt back.

05/08/09 - Received pkt. 4

05/12/09 - Interview

07/24/09 - Out of AP

07/30/09 - Sent passport to Embassy.

08/15/09 - Received Passport with Visa.

08/18/09 - POE: Atlanta. It went very smooth, no problems at all. In and out in 30 minutes.

10/05/09 - Sent AOS/EAD

10/19/09 - Rec'd NOA

11/05/09 - Transferred to C.S.C.

11/10/09 - Biometrics - Cancelled waiting for new appt.

12/21/09 - Biometrics - Went well with no problems.

12/31/09 - EAD Card received.

02/16/10 - Transferred to Lee's Sumit, Mo

03/04/10 - Recieved AOS Interview letter.

04/07/10 - A.O.S. Interview - Approved. Very easy interview.

04-26-10 - 2Yr. Green card Received.

I don't know the answer, but I hope somebody does, because I am in the same boat. I'm a full-time student, so I have to have a co-sponsor... but I have been reading recently that co-sponsors are not allowed for the I-134 or the K3 visa, which is what I'm applying for, and now I'm a little worried.

USA embassy in Cairo accept the Co-Sponsor .don't worry about that .

as i told you there are so many people who used Co-Sponsor and they didn't get any problems (Christe -Samir ) they used Co-sponsor and they didn't get any problems don't worry about it

Yup.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

If in doubt, I'd email the embassy and ask. This was their email back in 2005:

02/23/08 - Filed for removal of conditions.

Sometime in 2008 - Received 10 year GC. Almost done with USCIS for life inshaAllah! Huzzah!

12/07/08 - Adopted the fuzzy feline love of my life, my Squeaky baby th_catcrazy.gif

02/23/09 - Apply for citizenship

06/15/09 - Citizenship interview

07/15/09 - Citizenship ceremony. Alhamdulilah, the US now has another american muslim!

We used a co sponsor but the other form not the one you mentioned (I 864 ?) so i dont know about number 11.
