I'm here again...Need ur help guys...I would like to ask what are requiremtns i need to bring in my medical examination...Aside from USEM letter..Ano ung sinasabi ng ibang vj's na aside from USEM letter ay kasam pa ang Appointment letter..Where i can get that appointment letter...Please help me guys...Wla tlaga ako alam dito...sensya na kau..Hope you help me please....thanks...god bless

What will you need : confirmation letter (USEM letter), appointment letter send by the call center, passport, 3 visa pictures, money (for payment), black pen.

The Appointment Letter is a letter confirming your scheduled appointment for your visa interview. It should look like this:

The Appointment Letter is the one emailed to you by the USEM. They will email it to you when you've called them for your interview schedule. You'll just print it out and have 2 copies: one for the medical exam, and the other for the interview. You should bring the 2 letters from USEM to St. Lukes otherwise, you wouldn't be allowed to get inside for your med exam.

If only for medical...ul be allowed to get inside even NOA2, NVC letter and passport lang ang dala mo, kahit walang letter from USEM, sa interview nalang un. Dont forget to bring 3 2x2 id pic and black ballpen. Good Luck.
