Quick question for my AOS - Do I need to bring proof of my vaccinations from my country? I think I can get one from my Doctor in Poland. Do I also need to have it translated?

Let me be more clear, I am currently here in the USA. I will have my medical examinations here. So when I meet my appointed doctor, what do I need to prove that I have taken these vaccinations from my country.

I also adjusted from status other than K1, so no medical before I arrived in th US. I brought my vaccination records from the UK, showed the doctor and he copied them onto the medical form. I went to the county health center to get the ones I was missing, and the doctor again copied the info onto the medical form.

Glad that helped. If you are missing any vaccinations, check out your county's health clinics - we found that vaccines there were *much* cheaper than getting them done at the civil surgeon's office
