Hello everyone,

The DS-3032 form was filled out and sent too the NVC, and I called the number and it was the automated response, stated that it was received on March 31, 2009 and then said it takes 4 to 6 weeks to process. My question is, is 4-6 weeks accurate? I have paid my AOS, and I guess I'm waiting for the IV Fee Bill to be generated; is it going to take them 4-6 weeks to generate that bill? Any help or insight will be appreciated.

Thanks

No that is not accurate, that is the standard reply NVC will give you. Continue to check the AVR or speak to an operator for the current status on your case. If all of your forms and documents are in order you can reasonably complete NVC within a month. Good luck!

Agreed. It usually takes week or less than that to process a properly filled out DS-3032.

I think NVC is processing quite a bit slower these days. My DS-3032 went in 12 days ago and still hasn't been processed. I had all of the forms completed the day after VSC approved the I-130 and it looks like it's going to be at least 6 weeks to get out of NVC.

Better check back. For I am not sure that the message was regarding DS-3032 but was for "AOS bill recieved" auto-response. I simply had emailed them DS3032 and spoke to the rep who said that was okay. This was back on 03/31. I have not yet gotten any response from NVC about its acceptance. Will try again today and see what the automated response is today.

4-6 weeks is there standard answer. You should call NVC and speak to an operator to see if the DS-3032 has been accepted, and if so, has the IV bill been generated?
