Hope the approvals come soon!

Ah work visas.....Isn't that nice to know.

Crazy work visa's isn't it?

Heh, I saw your timeline and saw that based on timeline on VJ your petition will be adjudicated between June 26 and July...uhm i forgot.

By me it is saying will be adjudicated between June 26 and July 5, isn't that strange? I mean does VJ know more as us?

Well hope they are right! But i moved a whole month!

Take care, hope they will be approved soon! I am happy you got touched!

My husband is trying to call that helpline this week, but he is busy on the base with an inspection...so no time yet...urgh...need patience!

Yeah these touches are driving me crazy. I have got a touch so far everyday this week. Everytime I get online (home or work) I'm checking my status. I'm always waiting for that email that says approval. And of course I'm hoping they have all the evidence they need and don't send out an RFE. I'm pretty sure when your husband calls them they will start moving. Another day down is 1 day closer to being together again. :luv:

Oh and I did look at the March spreadsheet, but people passed their adjudication date... so maybe i just look negative but i am sure we pass that date from VJ too!

I have noticed that mine has changed too. That usually means that there are people here in VJ that have updated their timelines and based on their approval times and the predicted approval times in USCIS the date can change. I am cautiously optimistic, because it can very well be moving in the other direction just as easily. I am hope for a approval in July

I've noticed it goes up and down and now says not enough info to determine. Looked at a few other peoples timelines similar to ours and theirs say same thing. I'm not banking on it knowing it is just an estimate and all petitions are not created equally.

Yes I can see that!

Well next week he has some days off, so he will call, because than he is able to concentrate on it too.

Right now he is crazy busy with that inspection and making very, very long days, so the time he gets home the office is closed anyway!

I really hope you get approved soon! And we too! I hope that the call helps!

You are right another day down is 1 closer to being together again!

Take care! and keep us updated ;-)

LOL, I can see that you check everyday! I do the same! So silly i guess! But no touch and no email for us yet.

So I just called USCIS and spoke with a nice lady. She was very polite. I guess it's a good thing to call in the morning when everyone is still happy...ha But she told me that they approved my request to expedite and I have to wait 30 days for approval. So I should be expecting a decision around 13 June. I really want to get him here quickly so I can show him daily life and how to do things before I take off for a year. :(

they're supposed to be working on work visas.

it is unfair to families.. but that's the way it is.

US laws, i think, mandates a limited time for them to process work visas... so man power must have been shifted to these petitions.

have you worked on your NVC papers yet? it is a good start to keep yourself busy and less stressed with this process.

good luck!

So I just called the miltary hotline and they said my petition was approved on May 20th. I called USCIS and she told me doesn't see that and just wait a week or so to see if I get something in the mail. So I called the military hotline again and I got a robot. I might as well have been talking to a wall. So I'm semi happy, but I don't want to pump myself up. One thing we have concluded for sure is either A) the expedite was approved or B) the petiton was approved. I'm going to try and relax this memorial day and then wait for the mail man.
