Any April I-130 filers?

I totally understand, it seems that when they all left to do the work visas in April/May, when they came back, they went right to June and left the boxes of April and May still in the boxes.... Try to keep positive and think that they will get to them really soon, because looking logically (I know, it is not logical at the USCIS) but go with me here... logically, they should want a bunch of people filing complaints for being late and they do not want to have to report at the end of the year what happened as they are judged by performance and the number of approvals.... Soooo I really hope that they start rolling for the "forgotten ones". Best of luck

Well got the NOA2 hardcopy in the mail dated 9-14-2009 which is a sunday of all days and was our last touch per the USCIS site. Still showing we are pending.

Hopefully soon you you will you were ahead of us but looks like the RFE set you back a bit as well as Brian and Donna in Las Vegas. We would have got one but in further review of our paper work after we sent it in I noticed a problem and mailed a correction. Never got a touch on that so was not 100% certain it was put with our file but now I kow it was.

We've been waiting for the RFE for a month and a half. Today, we got the email saying our case was approved instead. We're happy but confused too. According to the USCIS website, they sent the RFE on August 22nd. However, we never got it in the mail, and were told to wait for 30days every time we called the USCIS . So on September 23rd, they finally said they would send the RFE again and give us another 45days to response. How come now it's approved without "more evidence"? What're their decisions based on? How does the system work? what a waste of time!

Salam Allykum everyone, just wanted everyone to know that we got two touches, one on 10/3 and 10/5, and now today or rather yesterday 10/13 we finally got our NOA2 approval notice in the mail! Allhumdiallah. Now on to NVC, and paying lots more money. But at least we got our first part approved, now if only my husband can remain calm at the interview.

I wonder how many more April filers are left?
