Any more April filers out there? I just received the paper copy of NOA1 on Friday April 24, it was sent on the 22nd. I have sent the vis application form to my wife to fill out and send back to me and waiting for previous 3 years of tax transcripts from the IRS and all other forms that are required for the NVC processing are already filled out waiting to go out as soon as the NVC requests them. I figure to fill them out now while we are waiting for the NOA2 and speed the process up.

so u sent your app.s on apr 22nd and received NOA1 on Apr 24??? how is that possible??? or am i misunderstanding what u've wrote....

I sent my forms on the 17th and got NOA1 date of the 22 and got the NOA1 in the mail on the 24th.

California service center, where just by luck they are moving at a good pace. Less than 90 days between NOA1 and NOA2. Good luck in your process, hope for a speedy completetion of this process.

Helloooooo April Filers! we are all waiting anxiously, there weren't any touches/updates so far for my online status. just wondering maybe someone out there did have some. I understand that USCIS online status in many cases may not change at all, but still would be nice to see any updates.

hope all March or Feb filers get your NOA2s if you are still waiting one, also hope to see some April filers approvals soon.

I noticed that my recieved date of my I-130 was on April 22 and got the paper NOA1 in the mail on the 24th , but touched on the 23rd, but nothing since. B)

04/17/2009 - I-130 NOA1 Received (California Service Center)

xx/xx/2009 - I-130 NOA2 - APPROVED!!!!!

Never too soon. Print the DS-230 and the DS-3032 get beneficary to sign the DS-3032 form, and sign Part 1 page 2 only of the DS-230 form. You need these first of all for NVC , once submitted to NVC, you will roll thru there. Good Luck.

The touch on the 23rd was USCIS putting you into their system. The next touches are the best ones to come.

Check cleared my bank 4/28/2009 and I received the hardcopy NOA1 today 04/29/2009 in the mail. Was seven days exactly the day they received it. Hurray we are parked at the CSC so the NOA2 should not take too long although oneday away from my beautiful wife is too long for me. Be patient it's coming anyday now.
