Our NOA1's date was April 15th, but has not been touched since. I have read posts that say they received their NOA2 without seeing any touches on the status page. What exactly is it that you received regarding the NOA2? Is it the letter with links to download forms that is sent to the recipient (ie my husband)? I am still a little confused. Thanks for any help.

We did not have any touch ,neither email.

Receieved the approval letter on Aug 17,2009.

04-27-09 - I-130 NOA1 (California Service Center)

04-27-09 - Check Cashed

08-17-09 - I-130 Received NOA2 Hardcopy (I-797)

NVC Journey

08-17-09 - NVC Received/Case number assigned

09-08-09 - NVC sent the first mail to the petitioner

Congrats redblue, and that is hopeful for us as we are still waiting and maybe the approval will come without any touches. I dont have to feel so down when i look at the website and my account with no touches, cause no news doesnt mean i wont be getting my approval soon.

Could I make a shameless plea for everybody to update their timelines?

Those of us watching Igor's list really depend upon it to sustain us... :luv:

6/18/10 - I-601 Waiver Denied, added misrep for checking wrong box on landing card (lifetime ban)

7/16/10 - AAO Appeal filed.

8/31/12 - AAO appeal sustained (THANK YOU, GOD FOR YOUR MERCY)

10/8/12 - USCIS sent file to Consulate

11/28/12 - Visa in hand

12/10/12 - HERE AT LAST! (ALL GLORY TO GOD!)

Our NOA1 was dated Apr 20, 2009 with status date of Apr 15, 2009 for both my wife & stepson.

On Saturday Aug 15, 2009 I received a Notice of Action form from USCIS! It was the APPROVAL notice for the I-130 petition for my wife (Dated Aug 10, 2009).

Still nothing on my Stepson's I-130...

I wouldnt count to much on Igors list, as i just checked it and me and my husband are not listed on it. Does anyone have a clue why?
