Yea, I had a touch this morning but it just said it was pending and then later at around 4pm or so I got an email saying it was approved. Then I checked online and the status had changed as well.

Why cant i have this good luck? Nothing, never, no touches. Its so depressing and frustrating. I cant take it anymore.

My NOA1 is dated April 13th and still no approval. Two more days till Friday and i think they usually do it on Fridays.

I hope i get the approval as well. Wish me good luck. And congrats to you gundas, i wish you the best.

I cant read anymore about NVC and the requirements, im getting to confused and scared.

Approval emails take several hours to reach you, I finally got touched at 6 pm on Aug. 4th and at 1:13 am Tuesday came in for the approval notice. It also finally changed on line also. So you were approved this am. Congrats again!!!

We sent in photos of us together and of the wedding reception, marriage certificate, phone records, chat records, emails, wedding ring receipts, and boarding passes.

Hope this helps. For yahoo chat records, I just did a print screen of my log. I didn't print each chat record.

Mine got approved too today !!! the online status did not get single "touch" until i got an e-mail from USCIS this evening. I am glad to have it approved without further delay. something uncertia is that i just changed my address, but i hope i will get the hard copy from one of my addresses.

I sent in Wedding Pics, Honeymoon Pics, we are both divorced so divorce decrees for both and the passport pics, passport copy and so forth.

My wife changed here name and got a new passport now so ill be using her new name from now on
