OK , I'm new here. My wife and I filed our I-130 Petition on 4-1 and got our NOA1 on dated 4-10-09. Consider us as April filers. I couldn't read all the posts on there. There are just too many. Are any others getting approved there now?

Just read the the email, as of August 3 our 130-F is accepted! April California filers are now being processed. No official notice, but NOA2 was 8-3-09 for us. I'm just talking by test with my wife to share the news! We are both so excited, it is hard to describe! Wow! I'm sorry I got to this website, and this forum late in our process. But for you other April filers, it's coming soon. When that approval comes, get ready for one of the best feelings of your life. I did a little crying first, but they were tears of absolute joy, no pun intended, as my wife's name is Joy. Just one of the best feelings I've ever had in life, and I've just experienced it about 30 minutes ago. The person you love is worth waiting for, and when another obstacle to you being together is lifted from the Government...It's just paperwork from here for us. And a lot of waiting, but we've cleared the next hurdle together.

We've been approved! My husband and I were just talking in the morning about all the recent approvals and were debating whether or not I should go ahead and complete the affadavit of support and other docs. In the afternoon, he phoned to let me know that we were approved.

Hey everyone Congrats!! on your approvals but we were not approved I think when i was giving my congrats it double replied but anyway it was an error no hard copy yet this way but I am very glad to hear of all the recent approvals that is so wonderful praise God to whom all blessings flow!!!

Sure seems quiet for it having been such a great finish to last week and good start to this week. We need some more NOA2 approvals to get things going again.
