Hello April Filers!

I received my NOA-1 today. 10 days right now. My service center is Vermot, but I was forwared to the California Service Center. What do you guys know about when/why it gets transferred to a difference service center??? Goodluck everyone, hope to hear not NOA-1's arriving soon...

From what I've been reading sometimes they shift the workloads to CSC. I would be super happy to be at the CSC instead of the VSC. CSC is alot faster to get your NOA2 statistically. Good luck on your journey ours starts 4/22/2009 and will be mailing our I-130 to the chicago lockbox.

hi,

hi were also filed I-130 april 2009, and my husband received noa1 april 9, we filed it april 2, but until now we havent received the noa2! my hubby and I was so depress and frustrated, hope we will received the noa2 soon, and i was so depress whenver i check on the uscis site about my case coz still pending it almost 3 months now and yet still pending, hope everything will goes well to all of us here waiting, waiting is a very hard time rather than processing the paper work that we need... GOD BLESS TO ALL OF US HERE who's waiting for the result of our cases.

I must be clicking the wrong thing. I see the November date in one chart and the February date in another....

Aw heck, now the page won't even load... let's hope somebody pointed out the error and when it comes back online, it says processing 2 weeks. LOL

Quick and silly question... I am leaving next week to spend August with my husband over in Italy (which I cannot wait for!!) but my question, I am really praying that we get approved in August but if I am over there, how to they contact us? Like the NOA1 by mail or do they notify by e-mail too?? I do not want to delay anything because I do not get the letter??? :help:

Like everyone... I am getting excited and nervous and hoping to move along... We have been married for 7 years and are finally getting near to a normal life!!! (He worked on a cruise ship so could not file before as he left the country every week, he got a great job offer over here in Florida and they are holding the position for him, I just am jumping out of my skin to get all of this over with)...

My best thoughts to everyone else waiting out there and I am sending all my built up karma (not sure how much I have saved :innocent::devil: ) but I send it out to everyone to get some approvals rolling!!! :dancing:

Thanks in advance for all the info

The time line I have here on VJ is for my stepson, still waiting for NOA2 on that one. My wife's I-130 was approved in January and we just got a case complete for her from NVC. Were hoping her docs and her sons meet up soon so they can interview together. Wishing USCIS starts cranking out some approvals for all of us soon.
