good point, and close to Easter...

Peace to All creatures great and small............................................

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).

1. He split our calendar in two: B.C. and A.D.

"Your" calendar, not mine. Mine is B.C.E. and C.E.

2. He showed us God is love.

"God" is a hateful old ####### who likes messing with people for fun - IF you believe the collection of fairy tales from people who still thought magnets were magic and the Earth was flat.

3. He refused a crown to bear a cross.

Uh huh.

4. He occupies no grave.

Actually, I thought they'd found it. He looked a lot like Saddam Hussein, as we all knew he would.

5. His sermon on the Mount set forth the highest standard for how we should live.

No one tells me how to live.

6. He modeled forgiveness in a world of stone throwers.

A perfect example of why any writings they produced should be suspect. They stoned people. They stoned them for all kinds of stupid things.

7. He transformed fishermen and tax collectors into world changers.

...and normal people into door-to-door salesmen and judgemental jerkwads.

8. He healed the sick and raised the dead…enough said.

Bokors in Haiti or Louisiana can raise the dead as well.

9. He challenged religion devoid of compassion.

and ultimately, it's still with us and even held up as a reason for the laws of our country.

10. He willingly accepted a cruel death so that we might have life.

Some death row inmates have done the same thing.

We all knew the Christ-phobics would come.

Let them vent.... they walk around with this anger bottled up, they need this moment.

I am not Jesus-phobic. I just do not believe he -or anyone else- is the offspring of god.

I am.

4. He occupies no grave.

Actually, I thought they'd found it. He looked a lot like Saddam Hussein, as we all knew he would.

i still think the best answer for that would be he occupied no grave because he never existed, therefore, no body to be buried.
