Hey all,

Ok so just to clarify a few things: I sent the I-134 to my fiance in England once I am approved (NOA 2) right?

And does anyone know how much I would need to make annually to be considered able to support him on my own without a co-sponsor??

Thanks guys!!

Yes, you should send it with the tax transcripts when you get the NOA2

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

WARNING: Phrases in this post may sound meaner than they were intended to be. Read the Adjudicator's Field Manual from USCIS

US Embassy and Consulate General Discussion

You are almost there and now you have to deal with the embassy. This is the place to post your experiences or questions related to this last step before moving to the US. Topics relating to I-134's, packets sent from consulate and medical & police certificates should be posted here.

YMMV
