Hi, I am getting ready to file I-751 and have a couple of questions I would like to ask. My conditional GC will expire on July 14th this year. Do I mail out the I-751 packet sometime after April 15th? (90 days time window) Do I need to submit 2 passport photos? (I live in the U.S.) I can either write a check or money order to pay the fee, which one do you use? check or money order?

thanks for your answers and help.

Your 90 days window opens on 18th of April(pls somebody correct me if I'm wrong).Don't send too early they will just return it to you.If you live in CA and send your packet on 15th, I expect they will receive it next day so that is not a good idea better send it on the 20-21 of april. No need for passport photos unless you are residing overseas i.e in the military.Check or money order would be fine. I used Check.Good luck!
