I paid a $355 application fee when filing the I-130 in Bangkok, is this fee the same as the one listed in package 3?

I cannot find the receipt they gave me at the US embassy, and am worried I will have to pay twice.. Can anyone help? I remember giving the receipt to the USCIS office after I made payment but I don't recall getting one myself.

The 355 was for the USCIS processing of the application. The 131 is the fee for the visa. They are separate.

Take care.

you will pay $400 ($355 + $45) for a visa fee... $131 is non-immigrant visa fee and not applicable to you..

Your profile says K-1... K-1 is NOT DCF... If you do not have or give accurate information you might get inaccurate answers...

YMMV

Okay gotcha, I am worried about not having the receipt in hand. D

And let me just update that now, didn't realize that my profile information was outdated.
