Then three weeks laiter he got a letter stating the consulate wasn't convinced of our relationship and is going to revoke(cancel) our visa ... What do I do I gave the consulate all the evidence I have. Advice please??

Without more details it is difficult to say. I do not know what "all you have" means. You will get a notice at some point of the particular reasons, some people in this situation have gone to the foriegn country, married their fiance(e) and applied for K-3 or CR-1 visas. I do not know if that is an option in your case without more information. If, for example your fiance was rejected and given a bar to future visas for a certain time, then no, it would not be an option.

Moving to the Consular Forums.

And just for point of clarification, the consulate did not 'revoke' the visa. Your fiance had applied for a visa based upon your approved petition.

Good point, Rebeccajo. You have to HAVE a visa to have a visa "revoked". Your case was "denied". No help to you, I know, but "revoked" would be much worse.

please go visit the pinned forum of returned petitions on top of the MENA regional. Once you get past the pages of trying to get it pinned, there is some valuable information posted. many people have gone through this and have been successful. i am in the middle of it right now, and have decided to go marry my fiance next month. also it is a great time right now to get your senators involved. try to see if they can get your petition to stay in your fiance's country. mine were unsuccessful in that, but i hear of a few that have.

if your case does make it back to the usa, then you could very well be in for a long wait. if your petition is expired (like ours) california is currently not reviewing expired petitions right now, which is why we decided to marry.

i hope this helps. and good luck  i am sure there will be more people who will come along with more information.

same as ours was, if you know its still at the embassy keep trying to get it held there, offer whatever you have that you know you already didnt, letters from friends and family etc if it is already sent back (and to calif) thats pretty much the end. Get your state rep involved and they can at least get a statement fr calif stateing the return and that u are free to refile. You will get a notice when they have it but i kinda wanted this statement saying they would no longer review this case.

I expect the notice actually said they were sending the case back to USCIS with a recommendation to revoke but there would have been some details as to why. Without knowing those details, we would only be able to speculate on any solution. If you don't already have a copy of the letter, please get one and post the relevent sections verbatim without the personal identifying information.

With a K1 you can refile at any time. Leave the old petition alone. It usually dies without review. Cancelling it sometimes causes issues because it ends up looking like you agreed with without stories the consulate came up with.
