you can set up your interview date but make sure you have all the documents (package 3) ready before you set a date. As far as your medical you can go to St. Luke s with your letter to do the medical. It is first come basis no appointment needed. There you need to bring your shot record (if you have it) passport, 2 (2x2) photos with white background, interview letter and medical fee (213.00 USD) 10,500 in pesos.

I FORGOT TO ASK....WHAT IS INTERVIEW LETTER U MEAN TO BRING FOR MEDICAL?..FOLLOW UP QUESTION MMW...THANKS AGAIN...GOD BLESS...

The letter from the US Embassy.

You need to bring that letter for your medical exam.

The Guard will not let you in if you dont have either the letter from usem, noa2, or mnl case #.

Bring your passport with you and passport pic. 2 pcs & the fee

It is advisable to do the medical 2 weeks before the interview date

Good Luck
