After the Green Card has been received do my wife and I need to update USCIS of any address changes as I saw on many forms when were were filling out the adjustment of status form.

Or is this something we no longer need to worry about until we apply to lift the Conditional Status.

Thanks in advance.

From what I understand, you have 10 days to report any address changes. Here is the link to the AR-11 form or this can be done online too.... http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/ar-11.pdf

This from the Introduction of this Page. In addition to changing your address for a pending application the law requires that all non-U.S. citizens, except for holders of A or G visas, report a change of address within 10 days of moving by completing a USCIS Form AR-11, Change of Address.

Resident Aliens are required to update their address and contact information once per year. It hasn't been an issue for us yet but I believe you can get the needed update card at the post office, I have seen notices for it there.

LPR do not need to update their address every year they only need to update their address if they move or if their sponsor or co-sponsors move.
