My husband & I are married now.In our marriage cert.I wrote my last name as "my maiden name + my husb. last name".So now I have a new last name.

When the question is "Family Name" on all forms of the I-130 Package,do I use my maiden name or do I use my new last name?

Especially in G32-A form, which one needs to be used?

Other than where a maiden name is specifically asked for, use your current legal name. For MY wife, there's no difference. For you, there may be.

As I just come back from my interview, I have the impression now (and I know that it is easy to say now) that these are details. I have been going with my husband's name for almost a year now, and my convocation for the interview was with my maiden's name. At the interview, they asked me which name I used to issue my visa. Just do as she wants, that's it. It's no big deal (again, I say it because I am done; there is no criticism from me; I understand your stress). Good luck for all.
