When my fiance comes here from China and we get married. Then we'll apply for Adjustment of Status, Social Security and Advance Parole. We are wondering how long it takes to get the Advance Parole card? Will she be able to leave the US before she gets this? And will she be able to come back to the US without it? I'm a little concerned about her K1 visa expirering before she gets the Advance Parole card. Any help or information will truly be appreciated.

Takes up to 90 days to get AP document, and NO :no: she will not be able to travel until having AP doc in hand.

NOTE: K-1 Expiration date has to do with when the K-1 MUST use it to enter the USA, it has nothing to do with adjustment of status, the visa is VOIDED the moment it is used to enter the USA, at which point the 90 day period allowed by the I-94 card begins.
