I suggest using the Manila folder in organizing your documents. You can just write the label on the side of the folder itself.

I thought I would add this. My wife's interview is on April 27th and she has thus far organized her papers and photo albums like this.

yah that would be fine and perfect as long as she knows and familiarized every folder she made., coz its easy to pull out every time pre-screener or CO ask for something.
