I cant believe Cynthia McKinney was even on that list  and Ralph Nadar has been running since I was a child.

oh btw, I really didnt like anyone on that list but you did give other as an option.

I vote whoever is the most conservative and it just so happens to have been Republican for the last 3 times Ive voted.

But, I do think there should be more than just Republican or Democrats.

There were exactly twelve candidates listed in the Wikipedia site, so I had to either leave one out, or keep the list intact. Call it a push poll. That is sort of how I feel everytime I vote. I really don't like any of the choices, but I have to choose from the list, if I want my vote to count for something.

The ONLY way to have more than 2 parties is for there to be run off elections. Why? Say we have 3 candidates and 33% vote for 2 of them and the 3rd one gets 34% - now we have a President that 66% didn't vote for.

In the last several elections I didn't really vote for anyone....rather it was against someone or something.

"Credibility in immigration policy can be summed up in one sentence: Those who should get in, get in; those who should be kept out, are kept out; and those who should not be here will be required to leave."

"...for the system to be credible, people actually have to be deported at the end of the process."

US Congresswoman Barbara Jordan (D-TX)

Testimony to the House Immigration Subcommittee, February 24, 1995
