According to your timeline, your case was approved on June 7, 06. Sometimes, it takes 2-3 weeks for NVC to enter an approved case in its system. I would give them few more days and then inquire about it.

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview

NVC has only just recently received your I-130 petition.....correct? That being the case, the package they refer to in the first email response will be the start of various forms etc. namely the DS-3032 (choice of agent) and the AOS Fee Bill. (see NVC Flowchart

As for the I-129F.......it looks like it hasnt been received at the NVC yet. When did you receive the NOA2 on the I-129F???
