Hello guys another questions about my RFE its just making me crazy...we sent the RFE on tuesday by fedex next day priority and I ve red that that when they receive it they status case online would be case resumed but my case is still on hold ... and its gonna expire on tuesday is it possible they didnt get it ??? :crying::crying:

If u sent it FedEx you can track receipt and who signed for it.

05/03/2008 -- first email

11/01/2008 -- first skype messages

01/14/2009 -- she flies to USA, stuck overnight in Frankfurt

01/15/2009 -- she arrives in USA

01/16/2009 -- proposed! she says YES!!! :)

02/14/2009 -- 6 days of bliss in Walt Disney World (6mo given on I94)

02/23/2009 -- sent I129F Next Day Air

02/25/2009 -- NOA1

03/01/2009 -- Touched

04/09/2009 -- She flies to USA for 9 day visit (6mo given on I94)

06/20/2009 -- She arrives for summer visit (6mo given on I94, warned about too frequent visits)

06/30/2009 -- NOA2

Note: petition processed thru NVC and sent to embassy in about 1 week :o

Note: got an initial interview date in Sept, but decided to put it off so she could extend her vacation here thru end of October

10/21/2009 -- She returns to Poland :(

12/01/2009 -- Embassy interview -- SUCCESS!! :)

thanks for your reply Im really worried they said that sometimes USCIS case status dont get updated even if they did touch it is thast true??

Yes you will get notification of RFE and along with that is explaining what ur missing or need to send! Goodluck!

From what I've read here, case status may or may not be updated online. Check when FedEx delivered and signature, then call VSC and ask of status.

Very true, don't worry. You have delivery verification from FedEx, correct? They got it. Our case has never been updated online from "received and pending", my wife is here for 7 months and has her green card. The online system is only sometimes correct and is not the determining factor. The problem with RFEs is the case gets stalled and then "resumes processing" whenever that adjudicator gets around to it. It also means your case was reviewed and found lacking. Had everything been there you would have had an approval instead of an RFE. Sometimes it is approved quickly after receiving the requested information, sometimes not.
