Is this what 'touched' means...?

I sent my I-751 to TSC last May ('08) and have heard nothing since the NOA (which was sent one day later) and the biometrics (which was one month later).

Checking on this forum, some people told me it would have since been transferred to VSC (though obviously the USCIS website mysteriously omits to mention anything of the sort when I log on to check the status- and as I was idly looking today I noticed the case was last updated on 2/22/2009 (not that I got sent the e-mail alert I'd signed up for... but maybe that's not supposed to generate an e-mail?).

When I click on the case it still says

"This case is now pending at the office to which it was transferred."

Anyway- can I read anything into this 'update'? Or should I sit tight for an even longer wait?

Touched just means someone worked on your file and updated the date (kind of like your file was physically touched). I wouldn't put too much stock in the online case updates.
