Bestseller lists are loaded with shite.

The cover of that particular offering doesn't inspire much confidence - though it seems fairly clear at a glance who its aimed at.

If you like. I don't have to read the book to decide if its something I would want to read. That's why we have blurbs and editorial reviews.

Everyone does it, I don't see why people want to pretend otherwise.
