after I got RFE it held us up about 3 weeks. the got the info they needed on the 8th and was aproved on the 23.

They sent me the RFE on the 28 or last month.

Packet: Never received. The consulate was nice enough to send us a letter via email, along with a list of approved doctors and translators. My fiance can easily pick up the forms required when he goes for his medical and translations.

*Update 11/26/09* Medical complete! Picking up the packet was smooth and easy! One week until our interview!! Can't wait!!

Call from embassy to go pick up his passport with visa!: 12/11/09

Thanks to all of you guys. Im not going to lie I started crying when I saw the email and started to read it. I had to read it 3 times just to make sure I was not dreaming.And then I got up and started runing around my shop screaming YAAAHOOOOO!!! I called my Mother first thing She was so happy!!

I wonder how long before she gets hard copy and Im on my way to see her?? Im all ready looking at plane tickets online. I may just fly there on the 19th of next month. I wanted to get there early anyway. And Im sure it can not be longer the 30 days after the 1st of next month. What do you guys think??

I had brad tell me his wife got her copy with in 6 to 9 days after he was approved.

Wow I hope I get a response soon....I got an email stating that they have resumed processing from 9/23 so Im praying I hear something in the next 2-3 weeks!
