Good morning !

Called damned USCIS these morons told me the same bs that i see on website. i placed the request on "outside the processing times " type of ####### . These imbeciles confirmed that they process April 23 as of now, not 5 months as website saying. My question is : Do you guys think that placing request is actually make my case being processed longer since they allow 30 days to respond, or this could be a reason they pick their lazy bottoms over there and do something useful for a change ????? Appreciate the answer .

I am surprized they placed service request for you before 5 months mark. But most likely, it is not gonna change anything anyway.

They did because they looked at processing times and it said April 23 not 5 months . The website is a big white lie . if its not gonna change anything then why to play with people nerves ????? they are truly beasts bloodsucking insects vsc uscis csc nvc dhs .

Just got first touch 1.5 hours after my call What do u think ? Its a first touch since April

Do you get a touch with a service request? I don't think you do...must be your approval!

Just got it in hour and a half after my phone call

Everyone must be doing something right, I call uscis today and got transfer to 2nd level and they couldn't tell me a thing. I kept telling this woman that people are getting approvals in may and June and mine is 4-3 what going on over there. She said they have no ideal what Vermont is doing, I said I thought I was talking to someone that knew something, she said she knew nothing more then the first person I talked to. I did send a letter to the senator, but they said it would be 2 to 3 weeks before they would send a inquiry to uscis.

Before you know it May filers will be passing up April, April is at 70% and May is at 50% Don't get me wrong, I'm happy for all that get there noa2, but let stay with April a while longer

In fact, I think I am one of the last April filers taking on here that hasn't had a touch or a noa2, must be my old age, yes that is it. They have something against old people

I'm 26 and I haven't gotten a touch yet either.

Thank you all for your kind words I really wish they had to experience what we are going/have gone through, might make them do their jobs right for once... Hopefully Thursday will be a better day for us, otherwise we may be moving to australia or more likely Canada were at the very least we can both get work visas to be together.....

After touch yesterday I got another touch this morning. Wonder what would that be ???? Anyone had 2 touches and then what ? Blank or RFE or Approval ?

You've asked the same question on 4 different threads...maybe you should just start a new topic instead so a wider variety of people would see it.

thanks for suggestion. But the reason why I did that is not for people to see it , just to ask most competent people on whole board which seems to be in these 4 different threads. Everyone else is just not enough experienced with USCIS bs

2 touches in 2 days could mean a whole lot of things, it could also be nothing, seriously don't read into touches until they turn into something else, otherwise you will just give yourself a migraine with the worry about if its an RFE and what its for or worse.... a denial...

Still no NOA2 in the mail, so I can't call NVC to see where our file is. USCIS has shown two different touches since they issued our NOA2, though... no idea why.

I hope everyone else hears some news soon.

Still no NOA2 in the mail..

Same boat here. It's a week today since I got NOA2 email. However I did call NVC , gave them my EAC # and they did tell me the status of my file. They also gave me a new case number.

It took about 9 days before I received my hard copy in the mail. Sam you can call, just give them the USCIS #...if they haven't received it yet they will tell you..but if they have you can ask for your NVC case # like TexPol said...are you leaving today?

Hey guys sorry for the not being around,but I have been sick in the hospital.I got food poisoning and almost freaken died LOL. Never buy a hotdog from mobile hotdog stands!!!!!!!!!!! Oh my God docter said it was worse case he has seen in years.

Okay first off I need to know what AP hell is??? Second I have had no word on my case and its like the guy that was working on it died! Or went on vacation!! So Im just now getting back to work and now catching up on my VISA and Im pissed that they just stoped doing any thing.I called them and my lawyer nothing. I guess all i can do is piss and moen and take it up the ARSEE !!! I guess being sick did some thing to my MOOOD LOL

Got a RFE , And then they worked on it for 3 days and now nothing for sents the 11th. Im thinking whats UP?? No touches now going on a week,Im starting to get worried.

This is about outside of processing timeframes bs . FYI i didnt receive that email ( maybe not yet ) and i totally realized how idiotic all this system is. Complaining about processing times and pushed further 60 days kind of disciplinary action or penalty just for bothering them. With exception of lucky NOA2 receivers everyone here are miserable mushrooms.

I dont believe that the 60 days is a punishment by any means... It is just their way of saying GO AWAY and dont bother us for a while.
