it has been 5 months and a week and I haven't had a touch or a pick me up files and take a look...

Are you planning on calling USCIS again soon or are you going to wait another month? When I called them a few days ago, they said to call back when it is 6 months and I think a couple of others here also were told the same thing. This wait is agonizing to say the very least, especially when June filers are now being approved.

I thought about calling again, but to what I have read, it is not going to do any good, I am not going to waist my time, if it comes, it come, I will just wait. After 6 months then I will call. The boy's birthday in 4-13 and then he is aged out, so we don't have much time, because they will be giving us a blue slip at the interview for more background check, because she is a member of the CCP because of her high profile job, so it looks like the boy might not get to come. Time is getting short

Wow....that's bad. I was scared about that also because although NVC told me that they sent the papers on Sept 3 I was unable to track it on DHL so I was very worried. Yesterday I was able to find a shipment delivered on Sept 7 to Bucharest and today Corina told me that she got the envelope from the embassy. So I guess I can breath again.

I hope you get out AP very soon.

PEACE my friends..........

Another touch today. Its taking them a long time to work on my file. I wonder why some people get one touch and get approved right away and they have to be fondling my File not for 2 days LOL. Please let this not be a bad sign.

Ok my peeps. This is it. The last stretch. I'm sending today all the evidence I was able to put together. This is the full list of what I'm including.

1. Complete copy of the I-129F package.

2. All our photos printed in photo paper.

3. All our emails

4. Tax returns for the past 3 years with their corresponding W-2's included

5. Payment stubs for the past 3 months

6. All of our Skype records

7. Facebook messages

8. All of Yahoo Messenger record with 8 samples

9. A record of all of our calls

10. A record of all our text messages

11. Regular mail

12. Credit Card bills showing the purchases of engagement ring, valentine's gift, skype minutes, etc.

13. New letter of intent (2 originals)

14. I-134 form (2 originals)

15. Letter of employment (2 originals)

16. Copy of NOA2

17. All the originals of phone bills, credit card bills, receipts, ans basically originals of what I sent with the I-129F

The only thing I'm not sending is me. Being there in the interview was and is impossible for me, not because of the money but because of my work. They wouldn't even let me take unpaid time. So I guess all is in God's hands.

Wish us luck.

Well....actually I'm not sending the text messages from my phone. But I can access the full bill on the AT&T website and it shows in detail all the dates and times in which I sent her a text message or I received one from her. I highlighted all of them and organized them by month.

About the way I'm sending it......the package weights a lot. I'm estimating about 10-12 pounds. By either FedEx or UPS it will cost me up to $400. By USPS using Express mail it will cost me about $100. So I guess I will send it that way. I will tell you exactly the cost when I send it today at noon.

PEACE

Dennis&Dane, I'm sorry to hear about being stuck in AP. I certainly hope you're out of it and on your way soon.

Victor, sounds like you're all set. Congrats to your fiancee for getting her package from the embassy already. :) I just saw a commercial today, actually, on how the USPS charges a flat rate for their boxes, regardless of weight. Guess depending on how heavy all of that paperwork is (which I imagine would be a lot), that could certainly be the best way to go.

I already stole all of our evidence from him while I was compiling our package, heh, and every couple of months or so I'll have him send me a copy of his phone bill, credit card statements that pertain to our trip, etc. So we don't have a whole lot to ship when it comes time -- 'cept him (though I don't think he'll fit in a box... ).

Though, next week when I'm there, I think I'll have to pester him to call for a copy of his tax transcripts, so I can bring them home with me, along with the I-134.
