Hello everybody. I hope all of you get your approvals this week.

In my case....NVC told me last Friday that they sent the papers to the embassy on Sept 3 and gave me the case #. But I can't yet track it on DHL. Maybe it was because of the long weekend. Well see.

Additional processing at NVC could easily mean that either one of your names were closely matched to another in the system, so they will be thoroughly investigating it to ensure that neither one of you are flagged as a risk. I don't if being bonded plays a part, though I have a vague recollection of someone on the forums here mentioning that it seemed to be the only thing to spark AP for them that they could think of.

Having said that, I don't believe you will receive any information from them as to why you are in AP, unless it results in a denial.

Unfortunately, yes, it is a delay.

It's alright, at least I know they have received it. I know there are alot of people that have waiting for weeks just to get their NVC case number. Thank God for everything.

Glad to hear it's moving along for you. The long weekend usually tends to mess things up, so hopefully you'll be able to track it soon.

Thank all of you for your kind words, I just hope it is Approved and we get a interview date in 3 to 4 weeks.My buddy Brad who I met here on Visa Journey has been merried to his wife from the Ukraine for 6 months,He told me his interview was set up 4 weeks after they had hard copy, Im hoping ours will go that fast.

Yep, all ready, outside of tossing everything into my bag. Was hoping I'd have that extra piece of evidence (NOA2) for the border, but the rest of my usual travel pack will have to do, I guess. Lawyer called yesterday, seems to think that the judge was on holidays last week so had no contact with him/her, and could only get the clerk/bailiff, so nothing happened. He seems confident that something will happen this week.
