Hey all chris heard from our lawyer today he is going to go back to the judge tomorrow with it, he is amazed that they ignored the court order. We told him all we want him to push for is our visa asap, ideally I would like them to give it to me without having to go back to Australia. But we will see...

OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOH I got a touch today after nothing since April 24th. I know it isn't the NOA2 approval, but at least they know we exist!!

I haven't posted before on this board, but reading your stories and updates has kept me sane (so far). THANKS!! I just had no idea what we were getting ourselves into. Oh AND we hired a lawyer who is zero help. I wish we would have read everything on this website before hiring her. Oh well.

Anyways, good luck to all of you and hopefully we'll all have good news soon :)

Yes, unfortunately there have been quite a few stories kicking around where a lawyer has proven to be little benefit, or, at worse, an actual hindrance to the process. A very unfortunate thing for those who find problems in hiring someone to help them lessen stress and concern.

Congrats on your touch, and hopefully you have some happy news on the way very soon. :)
