we're all ...... :clock:

Anyone hear anything yet?

I recently sent another package to the USCIS. My original Letter of intent which took 3 weeks to get here (I had sent in a faxed copy with the I-129F) and my fiance's change of address. I'm hoping that with some new docs coming in they'll pay some more attention to my petition and approve it. I'm hoping at least...

Good luck everyone.

awww..... I sent our i-129f on April 28th and I still have not heard anything:(

does this seem strange to anyone....since i sent a money order i can not see if they have cashed the check or not.....

In the money order receipt there should be a phone number you can call and check if it was already cashed. I sent a money order from Western Union and I was able to check if it was cashed and when.

PEACE.............

Hey all I still haven't seen a sight of our NOA1 yet, though Chris went down to USCIS today to get some info, and apparently "we will have our NOA2 by the end of the week"

Though I've waited nearly 10 months to see that, so I'm not getting my hopes up of it actually happening, I will believe it when I have it in my hands.

USCIS lost our Case in March this year, we were given two options, wait around and see if they find it, or refile with an expedite, the officer we have been dealing with told us that honestly it would be quicker to go the way we have.

Just wondering did they let tell you how long they expect the process to take with it being expedited? My Wife (sponsor) has just been told her pregnancy is high risk so we will hopefully be able to expedite and im hoping it will be very quick, we filed on April 16 but have not got an NOA1 yet. She's due in October.

They told us that with the expedite it could be as quick as 90 days.... yes thats how long the average person seems to get it with out. However when we re-filed they told us 60.

But then yesterday when Chris meet with the Chief of Staff he told us we would have our NOA2 (be it an approval or a denial) by the end of the week. But as I have mentioned previously, I will believe it when I have it in my hands.

Is the NOA2 the longest wait in the process ? After you receive it does the rest go by pretty quick ? Or is it just luck if does ?

Yes, for most regions the wait for the NOA2 is the longest... but you should check with regional form to see what the averages are for the wait to get packet 3 and then interview.

Good luck

It really all depends, for some the NOA2 can be really short, and then NVC will suck you into a black hole.

And then people from Thailand, China and what not normally their embassy seems to sit on the case for a couple of months.
