That is so bad, I hope that don't happen to anyone else, how could you just lose a file 2 times. Mine has been there since 4-3-09 and hasn't even been touched as of yet, but i see many others say there's has been touch "why" and not mine?

I feel for you, I will say a prayer for you, god bless.

My God. I really hope your case gets solved soon. These are the things that should not happen to law abiding people. There's no excuse for their actions. I really want to see your case solved. Be strong my friend. You and others like you are setting an example of strength for the rest of us. God bless you.

It just amazes me that it's a government agency and they did nothing to resolve the situation. If it was in another field (lets just say banking since that's my field), we would of jump through hoops surrounded by fire to resolve the situation after the FIRST error, and I'm willing to help anyone, especially if it was our mistake! It really is a shame that there wasn't just 1 person there with the compassion to help. It would be ideal to only hire people who have been through the same, then you would see how fast things would get done, and how carefully the files are handled! Ok, off my soap box.

Chris I'm sorry you had to go through all that, my heart goes out to you..and I agree that you should be the first one approved! Stay strong, keep the faith...your time is coming!

Hey man, this is a perfect example how a government run anything works for the people. Social Security, Medicare, Post office... and now hopefully they will not do this to our healthcare. Can you imagine having to wait as long as we wait for the K-1 just to get some medical procedure done???

I wish you were running this program just like you say you work with the people at the bank, or some business, because they will really take care of their clients because they must... it is their survival. They must do a good job to keep getting money! Ok, off my soapbox now :hehe:

Could you imagine waiting that long for a medical procedure? OMG, NO...half the people waiting would probably pass away just waiting. God forbid!

If I could just have one year in that place, as a top gun of course...I would just turn it upside down....starting with the oldest files. Team work, one group work on the old files, one group on the new files. You have a goal to reach every day. If you don't reach that goal, you better have alot of complicated cases. You can have overtime if you reach your daily goals. Person with the most cases cleared gets a bonus. If your cases come back because you're messy and did things quickly to get the bonus , I take the bonus out of your paycheck...lol.

I really hope they hurry up. I'm so tired of waiting. I would totally support your plan Majid_Anna.

Whats up with all the CSC people getting through an we're all stuck without NOA2's yet? That's not fair. I know one girl on the CSC board who applied the same day that I did and her fiance is already scheduling his interview!

That makes me so mad...

03 31 09: Last day I saw my love

04 03 09: Flight back to America and the end of my Peace Corps service

04 13 09: Mailed off I-129F

04 20 09: Check cleared my account

04 23 09: NOA1

07 14 09: Touch

08 20 09: NOA2

10 06 09: First interview. Missing Document.

10 20 09: Second interview. Submitted missing document.

10 22 09: Visa in hand. Also my birthday.

11 14 09: Entry into the US at IAD (Washington Dulles International)

01 16 10: Wedding Day!

03 06 10: Mailed off AOS papers.
