No sign of the NOA1, I have no idea Gemmie, I would like one, I want to be able to look our case up online (we didn't get a receipt number because we didn't have to pay a second time) and know that its actually there. Well thats a lie, I would just like to see our NOA2 Im over this whole process at this point.

This thread must've been far down the list when I first when searching... wasn't even aware there was a VSC thread for us April filers.

Haven't received our NOA1 in the mail yet... though our check was cashed on Monday (just found out yesterday when he checked his bank account). They only scanned the front of the check though, so no receipt/case number to check on.

Hoping that our hard copy comes in during the next couple of days.

He received our NOA1 in the mail today! And with it, that happy little number, allowing me to log in online and see when those lovely government folks are looking at our paperwork.

Hope everyone else receives theirs soon.

Nice! I hope ours comes fast as well. I seen you are also going for Ontario to Tampa....very cool to see others int he same boat as you. I'm going to be watching your timeline like a hawk! lol

Yes, it is very nice to find others in the same boat.

Hubby to be is from Casselberry, just outside Orlando. I never thought I'd make such the trek, that's for sure!

Whereabouts in Ontario are you from?

I'm just North of Toronto, bummer we can't do the interview there instead of Montreal. I'm really not looking forward to that trip. Least there is a Dr in Toronto who does the medicals.....even though you have to be there at 7am! lol Where are you in Ontario?

Just outside of Windsor... So I get the four hour trip to Toronto for my medical, and the nine hour trip to Montreal! Not particularly looking forward to either of them..

But hey, at least hubby to be will be with me for Montreal. We're thinking about making a couple of days out of it. But that's quite the while away it seems..

Well....it sucks but it could be worse. I was reading about some people who were on the East coast....apparently there is only 3 Dr's in Canada. Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver. I couldn't imagine having to make such a long trek twice or the stress of trying to do them both at the same time. I'm enough of a basket case.
