BLeh its ok Lamb_alley, Chris and I have filled Twice now... and we have never seen an NOA1 nor had a case number, so your doing fine.

I'm headed back to Australia today it's making me sad, but I am happy to know that I will be back in August for another visit to hopefully wait out the last section of our visa #######.

The lawyer is taking our case to court next week, he thinks it will be 2 weeks from then to the Judge handing down a decision, and then 30 days for USCIS to hand out an NOA2 for our case.

Hopefully I will be here for Thanksgiving this year.... only like 8 months later then we originally thought oh well..

I just wish ...... someday ..... i could breath openly and without fear once again.

Every second every moment of my life since we decided to undergo this unimaginably excruciating process passes with an anticipation of the most dreadful outcome. I'm sure you guys know exactly how it feels, i'm only trying to put words to it.

What will happen .... what won't .... our lives .... our futures .... our happiness ..... the prospect of having a better life ..... what will it all turn to in the end of this K-1 process?

She has given up so much for me .... yet willing to give up even more so ....everything that she has .... she ever had .... to be with me .... to bring me to this country unknown to me in all respects ... and i accepted this fate .... just for our love ... how will i ever be able to thank her for loving me so much where nothing matters to her but me ......

And yet its only a chance ..... Luck ... Chance .... 'Luck by-Chance' whether this visa thing gets approved or not.

This part of the process is the hardest. Not because it is too long. But because you have to be separated from your loved one while your case is in USCS limbo. The rest of the process after the K-1 takes a lot of time also but you are together through it so it makes it easier.

Many special moments are spent while being apart. For example, my birthday which was 2 weeks ago and my angel's birthday which will be in about a month from now. Add to this Valentine's day and maybe more. And this is made worse now that we passed a lot of time together and we know what it feels like.

But you know what? I feel just like you. She is willing to give up so much to be with me that I don't know how I will ever repay it. What I sure can do is love her every second of every minute of every hour of every day until my last breath in this life. To give my own life for her if necessary. My heart is hers already.

The point is to never give up. At the end you are going to look back at this and say...."We did it". And this waiting is nothing compared to a whole life full of happiness.

Have you considered doing a sand ceremony at your wedding ceremony?

Yeah the Disney cruise was actually his mothers idea....then I looked up how much...OMG...thinking regular cruise at this point.

Sand ceremony sounds interesting....never heard of it before. I'll have to run it by the other half and see what he thinks.

Sand ceremony is a very cool thing for a blended family, all 5 of you would have different colored sand, his first, then yours into a bottle, then their sand colors, then his and yours to top it off so it makes layers.

Very cool way to have them feel like part of the situation and family, we well as have something visual for you all.

Im back in now rather cold and wet Australia, thankfully the weather is supposed to be sunny again as of this afternoon, I am looking forward to that.

I am in Romania I have been here almost 3 weeks I leave thursday back to the states

I was there with my angel for 3 weeks also between March and April. 3 wonderful weeks. Now I'm missing her like crazy. I can't wait to hold her again in my arms. So I'm here waiting like everybody else.

Yep, I leave Friday... 1am... on Greyhound. Going to be a loooong drive back to be missing him.
