Foreign student marry with American?

Hi,

I'm a 17 years old foreign studen and I will be 18 with 12th grade this Fall. My current student Visa will expire when I finish H.S. next year.

I'm currently dating an American college boyfriend. We love each other a lot but the problem is I will have to leave the US after finishing H.S. unless I could extend my Visa to attend college here.

Questions:

1) Can I marry my boyfriend while still holding student Visa and stay in US after that?

2) If not, what may be the possible ways?

Just a bit confused - in a couple of your previous posts, you speak of obtaining US Citizenship soon (having filed an N400 and had your interview, etc.) Has something changed?
