Are you refering to your I-130 file or I-129f?

If you entered your I-129F USCIS case number, the AVR doesn't get updated for this case number, since they just assign it a case number and forward it to the consulate.

If you entered your I-130 USCIS case number, and the AVR mentions there is no such case number, then you should call NVC and speak to an operator.

only i-130 approval letter we received. and we'd immidiately told our lawyer to cancel our I-129 file and tht we wana go ahead with I130 only

Ok, since you have a lawyer, and he is the agent on your I-130. He is probably getting all of the communication from NVC regarding your case.

As I suggested in the other forum, have your husband call NVC, speak to an operator to find out the status. You can also call NVC if you want too, since you are the beneficiary.

finally gave call at NVC and our case is there ... but shows some information mising . (its becoz we've not sent BC and MC i guess) . AVR also said they have posted info. on 2nd of april regarding missing documents. and allow us for 6-8 weeks to review the case...

Good news!! It makes sense that there are documents missing, because NVC requires the original MC and BC. Follow-up with your lawyer to see when he/she will be sending the missing documents.

so if my lawyer send docs on monday, when can i expect my case complition?? i mean when should i call NVC ? and already AVR says give us 6-8 wiiks for review,,, then when they will assign the interview date? i'd seen timelines ,and is it like if my interview date assigned on 5th april then the interview on 5th may or6th may?? after one month???

i m crossing my fingers for earliest interview
