Morning sickness, a feeling of nausea that creeps up at any hour of the day, is another early indictor of pregnancy. In some women, morning sickness can be severe. Keeping your stomach from becoming completely empty by eating frequent smaller meals and getting extra rest can help control morning sickness to some degree. Some women also find that eating dry crackers upon rising in the morning and avoiding fried, spicy and acidic foods can help, too. Be attentive to smells, noises and other things that trigger your nausea. Fortunately, morning sickness often disappears by the end of the first trimester.

I didn't have any morning sickness or other pregnancy illnesses.

If you're pregnant, there are some changes on your body.

Absolutely! OMG, I was sick as a dog from almost immediately after conception until the second trimester with both my children. I did not need a doctor to confirm pregnancy for me.

I am in my 7th week now but luckily, the morning sickness said "no" to me....but I am dealing with a terrible nasal congestion from the day of conception, though.

Seriously. LOL. With my daughter the only thing I could keep down through pretty much the entire pregnancy was Red Delicious apples. With my son it was milkshakes. Luckily(?) he was born two months premature so I didn't put on too much weight. Not that I could with all that throwing up, anyway.

Oh! And those were the best parts of having children.

Congratulations! My girlfriend had that problem too. Terrible nasal congestion throughout. I felt bad for her.

This last pregnancy I started getting nausea from 10 DPO so yes, 2-3 weeks after conception anything is possible. You also have to keep in mind hormone levels are already rising at thins point and that can cause sickness/nausea too.

Yes. With my first pregnancy, I knew something wasn't right before I missed my monthly. :-P I wouldn't exactly call it morning sickness, it was more of a not right feeling with my stomach. Didn't have that with the second. However, I have also had the same feelings with PMS on occasion, so it might actually mean nothing at this point. You won't know for sure until she takes the test. :-P
