What pics needed for AOS I-485

What pics are actually needed for AOS I-485 if I hope to bypass the need for an filed office interview? Also, can someone confirm this is not needed for AOS I-485 packet? This is what one poster said in the pinned guide at the top of this thread:

"Our interviewing officer gave us a list of documents needed to prove common residence, I thought it would be handy and maybe it can be pinned. I've typed it out verbatim.

TYPES OF DOCUMENTS NEEDED TO PROVE COMMON RESIDENCE

(The most important requirement of common residnce proof is that both names of husband and wife must be on these documents listed below, i.e. "joint accounts")

1. Home Contract copy; Rental copy; lease copy; or affidavit from person you are living with which explains the living arrangements.

2. Copies of utility bills; gas; light; electric; phone; cable; satellite

3. Joint bank accounts (must be in both names)

4. Credit/Debit Cards (under both names)

8. Major Purchases: New Car; Television; Refrigerator; stove; household appliances, etc.

9. Driver's License (both must have same address to be any good).

10. Military Identification

11. Submit a one page letter describing how you met; how long you dated; or how long your lived together before getting married.

(Note: Ensure you bring copies of these documents; not originals)"

I-485 packet requires none of the above in the iniitial submission..... the list is good if you have a scheduled interview...

We provided nothing and had no interview, so it is not about supplying in hopes of not being interviewed.

Only pics needed are passport style photos (2) of the alien spouse

Pictures alone won't cut it. A strong, bonafide marriage, with lots of evidence may "bypass" an interview.

As long as you don't trigger any red flags that is.

I honestly do not think anyone actually looks at the file before the decision to transfer to CSC (to attempt to approve without interview) or to transfer to a field office is made. It in my opinion is based on how busy the local field office is... if they are backlogged then off to CSC they go, if they have available "slots" then off to the field office they go....

So loading your initial petition with informatin not required will not guarantee your desired result... like I previously mentioned. My wife included only our marriage certificate as proof of relationship and was approved WITHOUT interview.
