There is no need to cancel the K-3. After approval of the I-130, the I-129F may or may not get approved. Continue following the I-130 through NVC.

Both the I-129F and I-130 go to NVC, NVC does additonal processing for the I-130, and the I-129F is forwarded to the embassy/consulate. Once both pertitions are approved they follow different paths.

If you are looking K-3 (non-immigrant) visa then you have to wait for approval by USCIS. Otherwise, start CR1/IR1 (immigrant visa) procedure for an approved I-130 petition.

Yes, it is an adjective word meaning, “Lacking expression”. Other synonyms words are deadpan, poker-faced (informal), unexpressive, impassive.

Sure they do. They stopped pulling that ####### about a year ago. Just follow the CR1 path using the lingche shortcuts in the VJ wiki.
