Well, since i didnt find a thread from march I-130 aprovals maybe I can join. Date of our NOA2 aproval was march, 20 and we got our NVC case number april, 10.

Good news!!!

I called and they finally gave me the case number for our I-130. I am going to wait a day or two to send DS3032 email- or should i i just send it today itself? The young lady[NVC] who I spoke over the phone said they just received this today and she doesn’t think everything is manually entered or not.

I was asked the following: petitioners name, spouse's name, and both of our DOB's

Also she took both of our email address and mentioned we should be receiving email updates regarding the case.

How would i find out when is the right time my spouse to send DS3032 email?

I called NVC and received NVC case number. my petiotion was approved on 04/02/09 and received NVC case number on 04/17/09 after 15 days.

We got the Case number for my parents I-130's yesterday. How long should we wait to email the DS-3032. I did give both email addresses to the operator so should I wait to hear from NVC?

We got the I-130 approval April 15th after only 57 days. I was in Italy with my husband this week and we found out together

I am using a lawyer for our process...can anyone clue me in to the next step? I will call her Monday, but I would like to have the appropriate docs ready if I can. Yayyyyyyyyy!!!

I also received Benito's tax ID number in this period, another step done.

We are planning for Benito to spend part of the summer here between semesters, from 20ish July to the end of August. He must return to Italy in September for classes, exams, thesis, and graduation. Does anyone see any red flags in this according to the timeline?

How did you get to pay AOS and IV bill at the same time?. For mine, it only allowed me to pay AOS few days back. And today they accepted ds3032[recevied email] and they enabled IV portion.

I have sent AOS and DS-230 package to NVC on 04/24/09

I hired a lawyer for l-130. As soon as I have got NVC case number, I e-mailed NVC regarding removing a lawyer from my case

NVC took usual than longer to process e-mail about removing lawyer, meanwhile for lawyer, NVC usually generates AOS and IV bill together because they dont need ds-3032. That is the reason I have sent both package together.

I have paid the AOS bill and mailed the AOS packet to the NVC today, no sign of the DS-3032 being accepted yet but I am all ready to send the DS-230 packet as soon as the IV bill is paid.

Hoping for a July interview.
