Will be living with parent

So when my fiance gets here...and when we apply for AOS...we will be living in my mother's house. We will not have any lease agreements, so instead of that document, could we use a notarized affidavit signed by my mother and both of us?

And obviously all mail addressed to my fiance/ husband at that point will be addressed to my mother's house. Anything wrong with that?

Besides joint bank accounts/bank lockers, affidavit of living arrangement, and insurance policies, pictures, is there anything else that should be added to the AOS package in terms of evidence of living together?

This is just from the top of my head right now...sorry if my questions are a bit misplaced. We have prepared a list of things to do after POE, and naturally we want to file for AOS ASAP (ASA we get the certified marriage certificate) so we were wondering if there is anything that our minds are skipping over in terms of evidence to add to the AOS package.

Visa Journey completed, but we are still here to provide support! :)
