Did you also apply for an EAD with your AOS application? If you did once you get the EAD you should be able to get a SSN.

Your profile doesn't show what visa you came in to the States with. If you entered on a K-1 visa and you still have at least 2 weeks left before the I-94 expires you should also be able to get a SSN. You would need to take the I-94, your passport and your marriage certificate to the SS Administration office.

If you don't meet the K-1 qualifications and you didn't apply for an EAD (you still can) then you would need to wait until you get your green card before you can get a SSN.

You generally get your SSN card about 2 weeks after you apply for it - sometimes sooner, sometimes longer.
