Hello All,

I ask this for my friend. Whom married to a F-1 Visa (Student) and a baby on the way. I just want to know what forms did he need to file, so she can become a permanent resident. If there is a guides line show step by step, it would be great.

Please help this is very urgent.

I-129F Sent: March 6, 2008

I-129F NOA1: March 10, 2008

Touch: March 26, 2008

Touch: May 4, 2008

NOA2 Approved: May 5, 2008

Interview: 09/11/2008 Visa Approved

Visa Issue: 09/18/2008

Arrived to US: 10/25/2008

Got marry in Ga: 01/02/2009

I-485 mail and received 02/16/2009

I-485 Fingers print Appointment 03/18/2009

I-485 Interview appointment 07/28/2009

I-485 Approved.

Find out we soon to be a parent: July 21/2010

Baby Girl due date: April 27/2011

Baby Girl born: April 21/2011

I-751 filled

I-751 Received: June 17/2011

Bio metrics taken: July 21/2011

This is a excellent website for that information! Have them look at Guides! My situation is different as my husband was here on the VWP and we ended up getting married 2 months after he got here and two weeks before he was supposed to go home, but we filed the I-130, I-485 & I-765. But definately check the guides portion of this site and I am sure you will get tons of help from the wonderful seasoned veterans who have been thru this process!

03/07/2009 received NOAs dated 03/04/09 (130 & 765 show online 485 does not)

03/13/2009 received biometrics appt notice for 03/27/2009

03/27/2009 biometrics appt @3pm (in & out in less than 20 minutes)

04/16/2009 Received pink notice of medical exam needed

04/17/2009 Had medical exam done by Civil Surgeon (have to return on Tuesday 04/21/2009 forResults)

04/24/2009 Papers delivered to Lees Summit (MSC) :o)

05/07/2009 Received email from CRIS that EAD card has been ordered & should arrive within 30 days

05/08/2009 Received email from CRIS that EAD Approval Notice was sent

05/09/2009 Received EAD card in mail YAAAAAY

05/12/2009 Applied for Social Security Card

05/15/2009 NOA received with I-485 interview date 07/20/2009

07/20/2009 AOS Interview in Orlando FL

07/21/2009 Email received " Card Production Ordered " YAAAAY 139 days!

07/24/2009 Welcome letter received! & Approval of I-130 also received! Yaaay

08/04/2009 Green Card received! Hoooraaaaay!!
