OK, so my AOS application finally left for the Chicago lockbox today - thank #### for that!

I've checked, double checked, and triple checked everything: I CANNOT BE RFE'd!!!!!!!!!!!! NO, NO ,NO!!!!!!!!

Maybe someone will know.. Do you usually get an RFE before or after transfer to CSC?

EAD has been approved so, so far nothing has held us back.. but My husband's medical expired.

i have read of cases both before and after. i didn't get one.

We figure it's coming, just anxious to get it so we can get our case moving as fast as possible. Just very surprised that they approved our EAD and transferred us with an expired medical, It expired April 28th and we were only transferred on May 7th. Guess I should be counting my blessings.

I added you to the UK AOS timeline. It seems like things are moving a little faster currently. Hopefully they will stay caught up.

Kelly--Maybe the medical will be okay since it was valid at the time of filing. That seems to be their "general rule" but the person who finally goes through your file to adjudicate can probably do what he wants. I hope you don't have to spend more $$$ to do another. This process can drain the bank account.
