Hi Everyone,

I'm right in the middle of filling out all of our AOS forms, getting over jet lag and organising our wedding and i'm getting so confused.

Please can anyone give me a clear answer....

I have the completed DS3025 from Knightsbridge. Do I still have to get it transcribed by a civil surgeon? I've read on some threads that I do but some that I don't.

Also what about the TB skin ####### test...we didn't do that in london do I still need to do it?

We'd really like to file next week so I appreciate any help.

Amanda :)

We only filed a copy of Pat's DS3025 from Knightsbridge.. didn't have it transcribed by a civil surgeon. Figured if we took a hit with an RFE then we'd get the transcription.

Your mileage may vary,

Thank you Bob and Pat, I've just found a CS locally who will transcribe for $20. Tony wants to play it safe so I'm off there now. :star:

Don't know if my answer is clear or not but....

If every shot required for Adjustment of Status was recorded on your DS3025 and there were no remaining shots or boosters given later or in the US, then there is no need to have a CS copy your Knightsbridge list. If something needs to be added, then a CS must do it.

You do not need a TB skin test. Your chest x-ray should have ruled out TB and your Knightsbridge medical will say you are clear. The only RFE problem that could happen is if USCIS loses the medical results you turned in at POE in the brown envelope. It happens much more often than it should.

Could I trouble someone to add us to the AOS UK spreadsheet? Thanks in advance.

I have added you to the list.

I got my green card today, exactly 6 months to the day when I entered the US. My MIL said it was a present from the US government, saying I can stay as I've been good.

Still job-hunting.. we've come across a credit hurdle with trying to move out... now that we have the money, we need a credit history to get an apartment, and my husband keeps getting rejected by credit card companies. Hopefully we'll be able to get something, or at least pay a bigger deposit.

Congrats, Miss G for your interview going well, and to Nich for your surgery being done. Try to relax now and enjoy Christmas as much as you can.

Congrats Gemmie on getting your green card. I also received mine today. We had out interviews in London on the same day too!

I can't believe this whole thing is over with for a couple of years.:dance:

Good luck on the job hunt.

Well you can FINALLY add us to the distinguished AOS as well. Got the approval email today and card production has been ordered. No interview, no follow up medical. Just a transfer to CSC and done.

Think I am going to gift wrap it and place it under the Christmas Tree as a surprise (she doesn't know yet).

My only regret is e-filing the EAD and move while in process. 141 days is absurd, but at least its behind us now.

We got the email from CRIS saying that John's green card was ordered for production, so WOO-HOO! Finally! We filed on August 17th! I was starting to sweat it, fearing that we'd done something wrong with the paperwork or that they'd lost the I-485 application in the transfer to CSC. Anyway, it looks like all is well... for two years, anyway.

SUCH a load off our shoulders! Now, if only John could find a job....

Excellent! We were in the same boat having filed in early August. I thought us moving in the process slowed us down.

Alas - its done for a while now anyway!

Congratulations on the green cards and approvals. I updated the spreadsheet.

I wonder who moved this thread (again)? Odd that it moved after 1500+ posts. What took them so long?
