Hi guys

I just wanna ask about proof if I can use my hubby's text messages i have almost 1000 text messages.

What do you think?

Any advice would be appriciated!

I wish we could have gotten text records, but couldnt. Otherwise, I would have slapped those in the folders with proof too. heh

Timeline: 13 month long journey from filing to visa in hand

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive,and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

We used them from Chikka texts. The pre-screener in the USEM took them as evidence. So they did not hurt.

You can use whatever form of relationship evidence you want. My wife and I don't email or text often, but we talk on the phone atleast twice a day, so I plan on using pages and pages of phone records.

05/31/2013 - Interview - Recommended for Approval

Text message from to US to PHILS is REALLY EXPENSIVE!

Hope the Embassy realized that!

You can print the conversation from yahoo messenger also if you have some, every after of your conversation he can send it to your email add you can print it out, good luck!!!

EAD APPLICATION:

2009-01-10 ----- E-filed EAD Application

2009-01-20 ------NOA1 Receipt Notice

2009-01-22 ------Biometrics appointment recieved by mail

2009-02-11-------Biometrics Date (done smoothly)

2009-4-15 -------- EAD Approved

2009-4-24 -------- EAD Received by mail ( yyyeeeeessssss)
