hi...my husband will ask for an employment letter to his employer today. To whom will he address the letter? USCIS or just put "to whom it may concern"?? thanks

You can write it too whom it may concern , it is not required to have the employment letter addressed . But if you want it too have it addressed , and your using the employment letter for the I-134 in the Usembassy . Address you employment letter too : Post : Manila , Embassy of the United States, Visa Unit , 1201 Roxas Blvd , 1000 , Manila , Philippines . ( But again it is not required , to have the employment letter addressed to them . Its not one of the requirements ). It's up to you , i didnt in my employment letter for my fiancee visa interview , and the co still excepted it .
