Same thing happened to me, I just sent them pretty much the same stuff plus a little more, have been waiting for 2 weeks now, nothing, let's see what happens.

P.S My friend works at an immigration lawyers office and she said this happens to EVERYONE now, and theres absolutely no logic on why.

did you submit front and back copies of your green card? and the evidence submitted, ideally, must cover everything from the day you got married to now. did you include w2's with your returns? if you submitted only 1099s, include the w2s. if you submitted tax return transcripts, you don't need to submit the w2s. you may include copies of your and your spouse's driver's license showing same address. You may wish to add affidavits from friends or from people who both know you and your relationship with the spouse.

need to re-post, couldn't edit on the first reply.

did you submit front and back copies of your green card? and the evidence submitted, ideally, must cover everything from the day you got married to now. did you include w2's with your returns? if you submitted only 1099s, it might be best to include the w2s. if you submitted tax return transcripts, you don't need to submit the w2s. you may include copies of your and your spouse's driver's licenses showing the same address. You may wish to add affidavits from friends or from people who both know you and your relationship with your spouse. it may help also to request your bank for letters addressed to USCIS to confirm that such account was opened on X date by you and your spouse, and that it is currently active and in good standing (credit card payments are current). the bank statements should show financial transactions that establish that the account(s) is still active and has been utilized over the period of the marriage up to current.

Good luck!

Try to make a history of your bills and statement.

For example showed since you were married (e.g. 2006), a bill from 2006, then a bill from last year and then the most recent bill that you have for the current or previous month this year.

Did you finish your tax returns of this year? then sent a copy even if the submitted print one from turbo tax or whatever software or person who made your taxes. You don't have to wait for a IRS transcript.

Did you submitt affidavits? time to get a couple.

Even it sounds silly, do you guys send each other emails during work hours? Then get a copy of a couple of those emails between the two and added to your package.

My ex and I took photos when we did a renovation project of our condo's floors...things like that help!

Good luck!

Sounds to me like you might not have sent enough information that covered the full period of your marriage. Why not send back more bank statements and credit card statements but send samples from each quarter of all the years of your marriage - so you would send at least four bank statements from each year - January, May, August, November, for example. Do the same for your joint credit card accounts and any of the other joint accounts (ie. telephone bills, utility bills, etc..) Send payment proof on the car loan that covers several different months; car registration for more than one year if you have it, insurance payments for more than one year, etc. What you want to do is show that since the AOS was approved you have continued to co-mingle your finances and personal lives. Sending samples from just a small part of your life together doesn't show that you are living together on an ongoing daily basis from the beginning of your marriage until now.

Drown them in evidence, hehehe, and you should be fine. Good luck.

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”
